Data and purposes
The form collects name, email, contact type, service and message. Phone, company and attachments are optional. Up to 3 PDFs may be submitted with a combined limit of 5 MB. Data and documents are used to review and respond to enquiries and, where relevant, prepare a quotation or take requested pre-contractual steps. Acknowledging the policy does not authorise marketing. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.
Legal bases and recipients
Steps necessary for a requested quotation are based on pre-contractual measures. Other enquiries and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Applicable legal obligations may also provide a basis. Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data. Enquiries are delivered using the Brevo email service.
PDF and retention
A PDF summary is generated. Teracondition receives the summary and uploaded documents. The sender receives a confirmation with only the summary, without the original documents. Uploaded files are temporary on the website server and removed when processing finishes. The website does not maintain an enquiry database. Emails and documents in the mailbox are retained as needed to respond, follow up or meet legal obligations. The summary download is available in the browser for 10 minutes.
Security and technical records
We use session cookies, request validation, rate limits and automated submission checks. Rate-limit records contain identifiers derived from IP addresses without message content and expire within 24 hours and are removed on the next check. Hosting providers may retain their own technical logs under their policies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing [email protected] or using the contact form, choosing Other enquiry and identifying the right concerned. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the legal basis. Complaints can be submitted to the Portuguese data protection authority at www.cnpd.pt.
Cookies and external services
This version uses only the session cookie strictly necessary for the form. It includes no advertising, analytics or trackers. Fonts and images are served locally. Links to WizTec, the Complaints Book or other websites are subject to those services' policies.
